What are words?
Words are how Root Keyboard measures AI use. Each AI action uses a few words from your wallet, based mainly on how long the AI's answer is. Typing, themes, clipboard, emoji search and Bangla phonetic typing never use words. Subscription words are used first, then bonus words, then trial words.
Does Root Keyboard read or store what I type?
No. What you type stays on your phone and is never stored on our servers. Text is sent to an AI provider only when you tap an AI feature such as Grammar, Tone or Translate, and only the text that feature needs. We don't log it or save it to your account.
Read the privacy policy ›How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Google Play. Open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Root Keyboard and tap Cancel. You keep your words until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings, then Account, then Delete account. You can also e-mail [email protected] from the address on your account. Your data is removed within 30 days.
